Directions & Parking

Guests may choose between advance/prepaid parking at the Charlotte Arena Garage or onsite parking at the 201 N Tryon Garage, located one block away from the Carolina Theatre behind The Dunhill Hotel.

Advance/Prepaid Parking

Advance parking may be purchased through JustPark for the Charlotte Arena Garage. If you purchase parking in advance, please check your email for a QR code to redeem when entering the Charlotte Arena Garage.

Onsite Parking at 201 N Tryon Garage

Guests may also purchase parking onsite for the 201 N Tryon Garage. Should you wish to park in this garage, please note these important steps:

▪ Upon entering the 201 N Tryon Garage, pull a parking ticket. There are two entrances available for this garage, off W 6th Street and N Church Street.

▪ Once parked, proceed to the venue’s main entrance doors at 230 N. Tryon Street.

▪ Once scanned into the venue, proceed to the Guest Services desk to purchase parking.

▪ Keep the parking ticket you pulled when entering the garage. You will need it when exiting.

▪ Scan your parking ticket when you exit the garage.

Please note: Carolina Theatre at Belk Place is a cashless venue.
