Ticket donations
The Carolina Theatre works diligently to ensure we're a place for all members of our community – a welcoming space that captivates, connects and creates courageous conversations.
Please use the form below to request a donation for your fundraising event(s). Please read the guidelines below before submitting your request.
Guidelines
- Requesting organizations must be a nonprofit organization based in the 13-county Charlotte region (NC: Cabarrus, Cleveland, Davidson, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Richmond, Rowan, Stanly, Union; SC: Cherokee, Lancaster and York)
- Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your event
- Each donation is for either two (2) tickets or a $150.00 gift certificate. No exchanges are allowed
- Requests are only accepted via the online form below
- The Carolina Theatre can only provide these donations based on availability
- Donations requests must be on official letterhead of the requesting nonprofit organization and include the following information:
- Name and date of the event
- Description of the event and charitable purpose
- How tickets will be distributed (e.g. raffle, silent auction, etc.)
- Nonprofit ID number (EIN)
- Contact person’s name, email address and phone number
Please note:
- Past support of an organization or event doesn't guarantee future support
- Requests for donations are limited to one request per year, per organization
- We receive many donation requests each year, and although we wish to support all worthwhile causes, we regret that we cannot grant every request
