Where do I park?

Please reference the "Know Before You Go" email sent 24-48 hours before your show for the most accurate parking information.

The Fifth Third Center Garage at 129 W. Sixth St. is conveniently located one block away from the Carolina Theatre.

Evening events (arrival after 5 p.m.): discounted parking validations are available for purchase at Guest Services or in designated areas.

Daytime events (arrival before 5 p.m.): parking is available at the prevailing rates in all nearby garages.

What's your bag policy?

For everyone’s safety, the Carolina Theatre asks all guests to enter without a bag of any kind. If personal items are specifically needed, guests should bring as few items as possible. Below are specific guidelines for bags:

Clutch-size bags (4.5” x 6.5”) are permitted.
Diaper bags, regardless of size, accompanying a child are permitted and subject to inspection.
Medical bags, or any bags carrying medical items no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are permitted and subject to inspection.
All other bags are prohibited. For special circumstances, please reach out to guest services prior to your visit at 704-828-6220.

How do I get my tickets?

For most events, Carolina Theatre issues digital tickets that will be available in your Ticketmaster.com account (via the app) and can be added to your digital wallet for tapping/scanning.

Purchasing from unauthorized websites and third-party sellers/re-sellers may involve counterfeit or previously used tickets, which could result in denial of entry. Screenshots and photographs of tickets are not valid.
