The Carolina Theatre Box Office does not maintain daily in-person operating hours. 

The Box Office and Guest Services open one hour before every event's posted door time and remain available for ticket sales and guest assistance prior to the event.

Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner of the Carolina Theatre. 

Guests who purchase tickets online can access their tickets through their Ticketmaster account and may add tickets to their mobile wallet for convenient scanning at entry. 

Please note: 

• Screenshots or photographs of tickets are not accepted. 

• A valid, scannable digital ticket is required for entry. 

Guest Services is open one hour prior to every ticketed event. 

Tickets ordered online may be picked up at Guest Services with: 

• A valid government-issued photo ID 

• The credit card used to purchase the tickets 

To avoid fraudulent or invalid tickets, purchase only through Ticketmaster.

Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may: 

• Not be authentic 

• Be priced above face value 

• Contain invalid or previously used barcodes 

• Be ineligible for customer support or replacement 

The resale of tickets on Carolina Theatre property is prohibited. Resale is only authorized through verified Ticketmaster resale channels. 

• The Carolina Theatre is a cashless venue.  Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard , American Express, Discover, Other major credit cards 
• Re-entry is generally not permitted. Guests who need to return items to their vehicles must do so before entering through security screening. Select events may offer alternative re-entry procedures. 
• Event dates and times are subject to change without notice. 

• All sales are final. No refunds  No exchanges
